Beth said the staff at this business were very good. They gave her a lot of help when she could not afford all the repairs. They did a good job and did not take long to complete the repairs. She said this business is a great place and once a customer goes there, they will never go anywhere else.

As a customer for years, I've never had to return a car, because a job wasn't done correctly, until now; but because of the many possibilities of what can be wrong with it, I fully understand why it couldn't be diagnosed immediately. However, they are willing to try the various options, until they get it corrected (and I am willing to be patient, as well, because I know they won't give up until the problem is made right). Monique is a GEM! Personable, always helpful, and very knowledgable about vehicles. I've never known anyone like her in the years I've taken my cars to be serviced. Extremely valuable to So. Main Service!!!
