Dennis said this business does what they say they are going to do. They do the work on time and they are courteous. The woman in the office is great. If this business finds something that is a problem and the customer didn't know about it, they go ahead and fix it. This business is great.

I can trust their diagnosis and recommendations. I never get the feeling I've been stiffed. They OK things that other shops, especially dealers, would tell you "Oh, that needs to be replaced." when, in fact, it doesn't. That doesn't mean they gloss over real problems, it just means they're honest. Why not, they'll eventually get your business but when you NEED the work done, not when they want your money.
