I can trust their diagnosis and recommendations. I never get the feeling I've been stiffed. They OK things that other shops, especially dealers, would tell you "Oh, that needs to be replaced." when, in fact, it doesn't. That doesn't mean they gloss over real problems, it just means they're honest. Why not, they'll eventually get your business but when you NEED the work done, not when they want your money.
