Called 2 weeks in advance to book an appointment and called the day of to confirm it and they told me that they wouldn’t be able to get me in and “assumed I would’ve came in earlier” to have them look at my vehicle. I don’t know if these people are new to how business works but you usually have a set time that your appointment is for and not to just come in whenever I felt like it. Had some customers at my job reference this place to me. It unfortunately will not be using their service. Learn to communicate better with your customers.
Customer called midday & thought he had a 4:30 appt. We close at 4:30. It was a check engine light issue & we figured he would be leaving it for the day. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
